1. To continue to develop a safe environment at Stoneham High School.
2. To create a publicly broadcasted commercial for Stoneham High School, highlighting the academics, athletics and activities
involved in school life.
3. To begin the process of writing curriculum guides for courses that do not have up-to-date guides, as requested in the recent NEASC report.
4 To continue adding new technology and equipment to support our curriculum and the library, as requested in the recent NEASC report.
5 To continue to communicate with parents (grades 9/12) with weekly e-mail updates.
6. To provide a video newsletter periodically throughout the year that focuses on information that would be valuable to parents and highlighting student achievement.
7. To meet with individual students who have failed the MCAS and provide assistance to improve future scores.
8. To develop a semester course for students who have failed the biology MCAS.
9. To continue with grade 9 mid year exam preparation by providing pre-exam tutorials.
10. To refine and upgrade the program offered in The Learning Center.
11. To refresh and repair areas of need within the school building.
12. To continue to embrace the diversity and the dignity of individual students.
